For as long as you’re part of our network, we’ll configure, monitor, update, back up, and provide support for your services. This includes proactively recommending upgrades based on data we collect while monitoring your connection. We also maintain in-market spares which means we can replace or reconfigure failed equipment quickly, before these issues affect your workflows.

As with all of our managed offerings, we monitor, maintain, document, backup, and support our firewall equipment - and we'll replace the device within 1 business day in the event of equipment failure.
