Atlas Networks is seeking an Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. This role required a current 06 License. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. This role spends time working on rooftops in occasionally adverse weather conditions. Duties include installation of low voltage wiring, network equipment in buildings and installing microwave radio equipment on rooftops. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.

Core Responsibilities:

Current 06 License required & preferred 2 years of experience in the field

Customer infrastructure, router, and wireless equipment installations

Low Voltage Cabling rough-in and termination
-
Low Voltage Cabling testing and documentation
-
Build-out of MDF and IDF (racks, patch panels, wire managers, network electronics, etc.)

MPOE and CPE integration, cutover and connection within building demarcation point
-
Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including radios, routers & switches, security cameras, etc.

Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Pay Range:
$30.00 - $35.00 an hour
