Atlas Networks is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide top tier technical and account support to our customers. A successful candidate is a hard worker who constantly innovates ways to improve the customer experience! The work environment is fast-paced, and this candidate needs to be an expert at prioritization and attention to detail is critical. This role entails many job facets, including gaining an in-depth understanding of our network, troubleshooting, technology guidance, products, data entry, order entry, and supporting our customers daily. Our primary product is how we interact with and support our customers, and our reputation is vital to the company's success.
The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products, policies and processes
  • Help to evolve our processes so that we are constantly offering the best support possible
  • Support our customers via phone and email
  • Working within ticketing systems
  • Handle data and order entry
  • Handle billing issues as they arise
  • Utilizing screen sharing to troubleshoot issues
  • Troubleshooting customer connectivity at an advanced level
  • Schedule and dispatch installation and troubleshooting appointments
  • Assisting customers with firewall and network configurations
  • Assisting customers with network change requests
  • Escalating issues to our Network Operations Center
  • De-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company

Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician

Atlas Networks is seeking an Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. This role requires a current 06 License. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. This role spends time working on rooftops in occasionally adverse weather conditions. Duties include installation of low voltage wiring, network equipment in buildings and installing microwave radio equipment on rooftops. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus.   • MPOE and CPE integration, cutover and connection within building demarcation point
  • Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including radios, routers & switches, security cameras, etc.
  • On-call rotation
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day-to-day operations of the company.

$30.00 - $35.00 / hour

Telecom Residential Installation Technician

Atlas Networks is seeking a Telecom Residential Installation Technician to serve our main network of Seattle. This role would also serve our outer network of Tacoma, Auburn, Burien, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond based residential customers. Job duties will encompass customer premise equipment installation and interacting with and supporting residential customers. Duties include installation of network equipment in buildings. This position needs to be able to work cohesively with customers, property managers, and internal team members.
The focus of this position is to complete tasks consistently, carefully and systematically, in a service friendly environment. The position allows for repetitive communication and interaction with people. It requires someone who is patient, pleasant, and friendly, is a willing and sympathetic listener, a cheerful, amiable talker, and gets along easily with others. The work requires managing the details with somewhat better than average accuracy and with careful attention to the quality. The steady, methodical nature of this position requires someone who is patient and desires to finish a task without interruptions once started. The position necessitates work completed carefully, systematically, in a relatively unhurried pace, and in the same way unless otherwise directed.
