* Marina hardwired service requires an Ethernet cable be installed between the dock and your boat. Installation is included free for waterblock cables up to 20' and then a $1 per foot charge is applied for longer cables. Replacement cables are provided as needed for a $1 per foot charge. Atlas does not drill entry holes in boats or houseboats and the cabling penetration on the vessel must be performed by the customer.
** Our Marina Premium Wireless package requires a $5/mo. rented wireless radio to be mounted to your boat or houseboat. Wireless performance can vary greatly depending on distance from your boat to antennas, your boat or houseboat construction, the number of boats near you, RF interference, RF noise, and other factors. Marina wireless is a best-effort product that is capable of reaching gigabit speeds in ideal scenarios but results will vary. Radios must be returned in working condition at end of service to avoid a $150 replacement fee.

Atlas does not guarantee the speed or performance on marina wireless networks. However, most customers generally see 200-700 Mbps in average installs. The wide range is due to the variables at play in marinas. Boats are highly RF reflective, move in the water, come and go, and are loaded with radar and other disruptive tech. Contact our support team if you have poor service speeds and we will work with you to improve service speeds if possible.
